All of our Hoppa coaches are Level 3 Certified Personal Trainers with many years of experience in the fitness industry. Combined with a vast working knowledge of nutrition and health, we can guide you through your fitness journey and help you to accomplish your goals.

 

We offer an individual, Tailor-made approach to every client, irrespective of their age, fitness level, previous experience or goals. Our coaches work closely alongside clients to design programmes that suit the needs of every individual, to ensure they are able to achieve any goal they set. Whether it's weight loss, building strength and muscle, or increasing athletic performance.

 

At Hoppa Fitness our methodology is based on fundamental exercises that aid in strength and endurance development and improve functional movement, all designed around the use of systematic periodisation.   

 

Our 1-1 sessions create an effective and holistic training experience, allowing our clients to successfully realise their goals.
