Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals needed by the body in very small amounts. However, their impact on a body's health is critical, and deficiency in any of them can cause severe and even life-threatening conditions.

 

If you are regularly training, it is important to ensure that you are getting the necessary vitamins and minerals to support your workouts and aid in recovery post workout.

 

It is recommended to take a good multivitamin and have a blood test to check you do not have any deficiencies.
